  1. Number of Persons:
    The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed that stated in our letter of confirmation.

  2. Period of Letting :
    Letting is from 4.00p.m. on day of arrival through to 10a.m. on the day of departure.

  3. Deposit :
    A non refundable deposit of £100 per week, is requested at the time of reservation to secure the booking. On receipt of this, written confirmation of the booking will be sent with a note of the balance due. Cheques should be payable to Lochside Follies, please.

  4. Balance of Hire Money :
    The balance of hire money as shown on the letter of confirmation is due and payable by you 5 weeks before the start of hire. Cheques should be payable to Lochside Follies, please.

  5. Cancellation:
    Cancellation must be notified to us immediately by telephone and written confirmation sent by recorded delivery post. You are responsible for the full cost of hire less any monies received through re-let.

  6. Pets and Smoking Policy :
    Strictly No pets or Smoking in any property.

  7. Snooker Table / Fitness Room :
    Children under 12 years must have adult supervision and visitors are liable for any damage incurred to the equipment.

  8. Fires :
    No fires other than the careful use of the wood burning stoves and the provided barbeques to be lit in or on any part of the property.

  9. Loss or Damage :
    You are responsible for paying the replacement cost of any damaged or lost items from the properties.

  10. Vacating/ Arrival:
    You agree to remove from the cottage / house by 10.00 a.m. on the termination of the hire period. Visitors are requested not to arrive prior to 4.00 p.m., unless by prior arrangement, to enable us to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for incoming
